About the project

The site is located right in the heart of Sofia, on Maria Louisa Boulevard, the extension of the most commercial road, Vitosha.

On the land site of 1220sqm, a 5000sqm mixed use building will be developed combining shopping area and offices.

The shopping area will mainly be in three levels of 1100-1200sq m each: underground, ground floor, and first floor, communicated with double escalators and elevators. Additionally, a prestigious cafe on the second floor will be available for the shop visitors, followed by an office area for the shop management on the third floor. The office area will comprise of 6 floors from 80 to 280 sq m all of them positioned on the front part of the building, overlooking the boulevard and the center of the city.
